As a Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers in the retail space and on the phone. You will be responsible for creating intentional customer experiences by being enthusiastic, personable, and welcoming. Your role is crucial in managing patient check-in procedures, providing basic information about products and services, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will work as a team player to promote a positive working environment and exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service. This position requires adherence to all company training and operational standards, as well as relevant laws and regulations governing the dispensary's operations. You will be expected to build authentic relationships with customers and contribute to a culture focused on positive interactions that align with the company's core values: Influence, Inspire, Innovate, Win, & Grow!
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients, customers, and visitors with a warm and friendly first impression.
- Efficiently manage patient check-in procedures, verifying necessary documentation and identification, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide basic information about available products, services, and procedures, assisting patients in understanding the offerings/benefits.
- Create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships; exceed the customers' expectations by delivering exceptional service.
- Adhere to all company training and operational standards and procedures.
- Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing the dispensary's operations.
- Be knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures.
- Abide by all company policies and programs.
- Work as a team player and contribute to a positive working environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- High school diploma.
- At least 1 year of retail/hospitality experience preferred.
- Open availability to work all hours required without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
