About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager at STIIIZY is tasked with fostering a growth-oriented mindset across various marketing initiatives, from the initial concept to customer adoption. This role is pivotal in redefining industry standards for marketing best practices, focusing on innovative strategies that validate, launch, and scale new ventures. The manager will work collaboratively across product, marketing, and technology sectors to drive growth, utilizing a hypothesis-driven approach that emphasizes rapid testing and learning. The primary goal is to implement effective go-to-market strategies that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. In this role, the Digital Marketing Manager will assist in developing and executing comprehensive platform strategies, including partnerships with Weedmaps, Leaflink, and Jane. They will collaborate on SEO and SEM strategies to drive traffic and manage conversion rate optimization to maximize conversions. The manager will oversee paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including billboards, publishers, Google Ads, and social media. Project management is a key responsibility, ensuring seamless execution of product launches, events, and grand openings across digital platforms while aligning campaigns with overall business objectives. The position also involves data analysis and reporting, where the manager will track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on insights derived from data. Collaboration with the design team is essential to produce compelling creatives for all web properties. The manager will also manage promotions across different business units, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms. A proactive and iterative approach is necessary to identify and exploit new growth opportunities. Additionally, the role includes leadership responsibilities, directing the work of other employees, making personnel decisions, and ensuring departmental operations align with performance targets. The manager will apply independent judgment in decision-making and oversee employee training and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive platform strategies (e.g., Weedmaps, Leaflink, Jane).
  • Collaborate on SEO/SEM strategies to generate traffic.
  • Manage Conversion Rate Optimization to maximize conversions.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Billboards, Publishers, Google Ads, social media, etc.).
  • Project management for product launches, events, and grand openings, ensuring seamless execution across digital channels and aligning campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with design team to produce compelling creatives across all web properties.
  • Manage promotions across business units: Retail, Delivery, 3P Sales, and Brand.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Identify and pursue unexploited growth opportunities.
  • Lead and direct the work of other employees, making personnel decisions related to hiring, promotion, and separations.
  • Oversee departmental operations, ensuring teams meet performance targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing including organic, paid media/social, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of various digital platforms and tools, including Shopify, ecommerce CMS, Klaviyo, SEMrush, Google Ads, GA4 and GTM.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Experienced with Excel or Google Looker Studio.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Desire to gain experience with analytic tools like Google Analytics.
