About the position
The Sales Associate position at STIIIZY is a vital role within the rapidly growing cannabis industry, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and building long-term customer loyalty. Sales Associates act as brand ambassadors, engaging with customers to share their knowledge of cannabis products and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role is integral to the company's mission of being a one-stop shop for cannabis, contributing to the success of new store openings in Hawthorne and Lynwood.
Responsibilities

- Demonstrate an elevated level of cannabis knowledge
- Create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships

- Fulfill pick up orders
- Seek opportunities to improve business results daily
- Adhere to all company training and operational standards
- Be knowledgeable around company communication and procedures
- Abide by all company policies and programs
- Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers
Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma
- At least 1 year of retail/hospitality experience preferred
