About the position

The Stila Sales and Education Artist role involves promoting and selling Stila Cosmetics products at ULTA BEAUTY stores in various locations. This part-time position focuses on achieving sales goals while fostering strong relationships with customers and store staff. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, with a commitment to work primarily on weekends and during peak business hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sales goals of $100-$150 per hour
• Foster strong relationships with customers and store staff
• Ensure gondola displays are well-maintained, organized, and stocked
• Work events as needed
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Strong sales ability
• Proven experience as a Makeup Artist or in esthetics
• 2 years of sales experience
• Driver's License
• Ability to build relationships with both customers and stores
• Communication skills
• Adaptability/Willingness to learn

Nice-to-haves

• ULTA and/or Sephora experience
