As a Stock Associate at Pottery Barn Outlet, you will be responsible for receiving shipments and accurately maintaining inventory records. You will maintain the stockroom and off-site locations, assisting the sales team in replenishing the sales floor after shipments or during recovery periods. Your role will involve exemplifying the highest level of customer service standards to both internal and external customers. You will scan shipments as they are delivered, ticket and stock merchandise in the stockroom, and prepare items for immediate distribution to the sales floor. Additionally, you will provide feedback to your supervisor regarding inventory levels and damages, organize the stockroom by department and categories, and ensure that merchandise is safely stored and easily located for replenishment. You may also assist on the sales floor during peak times and complete tasks listed on your daily agenda.
