About the position
Kwik Trip is looking for energetic and positive Stock Replenishment Coworkers to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment. This role is essential in ensuring a great shopping experience for guests and involves working in a fast-paced environment while adhering to the company's mission of treating others with respect and making a difference in the community.
Responsibilities
- Keep stores organized and clean
- Ensure shelves are stocked and products are rotated to reduce spoilage
- Assist guests with inquiries and maintain a positive shopping experience
- Problem-solve challenges and shift priorities quickly
- Lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for the entire shift
