About the position

The Stockbroker/Account Executive position at DMG Securities, Inc. is a dynamic sales role focused on building and servicing a diverse clientele. The primary responsibilities include keeping clients informed about relevant market information, understanding the various financial products and services offered by DMG, and assessing the financial needs of individual customers to provide tailored recommendations. While a background in business is preferred, candidates from all academic majors are encouraged to apply. Sales experience is beneficial but not a strict requirement, as candidates will be evaluated based on their individual merits. To ensure the success of our Account Executives, DMG Securities is committed to providing comprehensive training and mentorship. Each new hire will receive direct supervision and guidance from Registered Principals of the firm. During the initial training phase, candidates must pass the securities examinations mandated by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). To facilitate this, DMG will cover the tuition costs for a recommended financial school. Additionally, while applicants are responsible for examination and registration fees, these costs will be reimbursed upon meeting specific production benchmarks. Notably, veterans of military service are exempt from these fees. Following the completion of training, new Account Executives will participate in an extensive mentoring program led by experienced DMG representatives. This program is designed to support individuals from their initial stages in the securities business and provide ongoing training to meet their continuing educational needs.
