Responsibilities

• Provide first-class service to both internal and external customers.
• Perform tasks on the sales floor or in a support environment.
• Ensure a positive customer shopping experience in a well-maintained and friendly environment.
• Demonstrate selling experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail setting.
• Greet, sell, and thank customers effectively.
• Provide memorable, personalized customer service through needs analyses and product recommendations.
• Offer promotional products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate as required.
• Maintain store appearance with respect to visual merchandising, housekeeping, and maintenance standards.
• Conduct customer transactions accurately on the POS system.
• Conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, and transfer transactions efficiently.
• Complete required process controls and paperwork accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Comply with cash handling and loss prevention standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and effective communication in English.
• Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Records Check and applicable FAA requirements.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
