About the position

The Retail Stock Associate at Caesars Entertainment is responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing merchandise logistics in a fast-paced retail environment. This part-time position involves receiving, unpacking, and delivering merchandise to ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while maintaining high standards of customer service and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external guests.
  • Receive, unpack, and deliver merchandise from the receiving dock to the sales floor.
  • Ensure back stock is organized and put away in stock rooms.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in stock areas and participate in stock room cleanliness.
  • Communicate daily activities to the next shift and respond to pages in a timely manner.
  • Monitor alcohol and beer inventory and assist with ordering where applicable.
  • Complete stock counts and maintain on-hand logs for stock room areas.
  • Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certifications, specifically an Alcohol Awareness Certification and Health Card where applicable.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work standing for 90% of the day.
