About the position

The Stocking/Unloading Associate is responsible for maintaining the organization and presentation of merchandise in the store. This role involves stocking and unloading products, ensuring a safe work environment, and providing excellent customer service. The associate will work primarily during the 2nd shift, from 2 PM to 11 PM, and may be required to work rotating weekends. The position requires physical activity, including lifting and moving merchandise, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain area of responsibility in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle claims and returns, zoning the area, and organizing merchandise/supplies.
• Identify shrink and damages, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods.
• Set up, clean, and organize product displays, signing and pricing merchandise appropriately.
• Receive and stock merchandise throughout the facility.
• Organize and maintain the backroom by following company safety and operating procedures.
• Utilize equipment appropriately and maintain modular integrity.
• Complete paperwork, logs, and other required documentation.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in stocking or related field.
