We are seeking skilled Hardwood, Snap-N-Click, and Vinyl Plank installers to join our flooring workroom. This position offers consistent, year-round work with weekly pay, allowing you to focus on your craft without the hassle of job hunting.

Responsibilities

• Install hardwood, Snap-N-Click, and vinyl plank flooring materials at various job sites.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction during installations.
• Manage your own schedule and availability for installations.
• Coordinate with the team for the delivery of hard surface materials to job sites.

Requirements

• Proven experience in flooring installation, specifically with hardwood, laminate, and vinyl plank materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check prior to employment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with various flooring types including carpet and ceramic tile.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members.
