About the position

The position involves performing activities related to the operation and maintenance of storage facilities within a leading midstream service provider. The role requires rotating shift work and includes responsibilities such as operating and maintaining storage field equipment, conducting measurement activities, and ensuring safety and environmental compliance. The employee must be alert to hazardous conditions and respond immediately to emergencies, ensuring the safe operation of equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform rotating shift work at storage facility.
• Operate and maintain storage field equipment.
• Conduct measurement activities and gauging tanks.
• Change charts and blow drips.
• Maintain facility appearance and perform quality assurance/quality control.
• Operate engines and gas compressors, as well as gas dehydration equipment.
• Monitor pressure and check operation of equipment.
• Drive and ensure maintenance is complete on company vehicles.
• Read, record, prepare, and process information from charts, dials, gauges, and controls.
• Complete Department of Transportation (DOT) covered functions, including operations, maintenance, or emergency response on a pipeline.

Requirements

• Training and experience in company and governmental operating/safety procedures.
• Experience in gas system/liquid pipeline maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of storage well injection and withdrawal processes.
• Familiarity with construction and maintenance activities.
• Ability to operate and maintain underground storage facilities.
• Basic arithmetic skills for operational tasks.
