As an AP Executive Intern at Target, you will gain a valuable and realistic preview of the Executive Team Leader - Assets Protection role, which is akin to an Assistant Store Manager - Assets Protection. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in managing a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests while meeting financial goals related to shortage and profitability. A typical day as an AP Executive Intern will include various responsibilities such as partnering with store leaders to enhance team performance, demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct and safety, and influencing a secure environment by driving physical security processes. You will also be involved in identifying shortage risks, supporting internal investigations, and educating store teams on emergency preparedness and physical security procedures.
