About the position

The Store Associate Under 19/Customer Service role at Bosselman Pump & Pantry involves stocking merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Arrive at work in a clean and proper uniform, and maintain a neat appearance.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Ensure all items are properly stocked and priced correctly.
• Perform light indoor/outdoor cleaning and general duties to maintain store order.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and keep the store neat and clean, inside and outside.
• Recognize problems and report them to management.
• Demonstrate the ability to work with others and communicate appropriately with customers and company personnel.
• Project a positive attitude and maintain regular attendance.
• Ensure compliance with food operation guidelines and proper food handling/storage.
• Responsible for temperature testing food to ensure safety and quality control.

Requirements

• Retail or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math skills.
• Possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Must be well-groomed and properly attired.
• Must have reliable transportation and phone.
• Able to communicate in English.
