• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy and well-stocked sales floor
• Knowledge of technology products and ability to effectively sell them
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and assist multiple customers simultaneously
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic retail math calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
