Responsibilities

• Represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador by providing top-notch customer service and educating guests on our products.
• Be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they have a great experience during each visit.
• Drive sales and use the point-of-sale system to track merchandise and verify purchases.
• Work alongside the team to create an environment of trust and respect in the store.
• Stay up to date on promotions and new products through Curaleaf’s internal tools and resources.

Requirements

• A retail sales professional.
• A motivated and collaborative team player.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience with sales and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Accurate with inventory counts and proficient in basic math skills.
