Bafang Dumpling is seeking enthusiastic Restaurant Team Members to join their growing team in Southern California. The role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food to high standards, and supporting various areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen and cashier duties. Team Members will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience by ensuring food orders are prepared to Bafang Dumpling's standards.
• Support various areas of the restaurant including store front, kitchen, cashier, food prep, grill, and fry.
• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently.
• Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant.
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time and work collaboratively with team members.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and able to take initiative.
• Responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in customer service, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen cook, or prep cook roles.
