Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to wholesale and retail customers.
- Assist customers with auto parts questions and do-it-yourself projects.
- Operate cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems.
- Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated to train and learn.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
- Valid driver license and/or reliable transportation.
- Prior experience in the retail industry, preferably in an automotive parts department.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Able to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
- Capable of lifting and moving items of up to 45 pounds.
