Store Crew

About the position

As a Store Crew member at eegee's, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring food quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, preparing food, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. This position requires flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests by efficiently taking orders and assembling food orders.
• Operate the cash register and point-of-sale system comfortably.
• Prepare, wash, and cut food items, and operate large-volume cooking equipment such as ovens and deep fryers.
• Cook multiple orders at once, ensuring everything is made to guests' specifications.
• Stock, check, and maintain product stock levels, ensuring proper rotation.
• May operate the batch machine to produce eegees, ensuring product quality and safety.
• Manage eegee production, including measuring, filling, mixing, extracting, and cleaning the machine.
• Maintain high sanitation and cleanliness standards in all food prep areas and cooking surfaces.
• Keep the restaurant clean, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning various areas and equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is working properly and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Basic math understanding is required.
• Guest service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with good time management.
• Understanding and maintenance of sanitation standards.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
