Responsibilities

• Delivering parts to customers while developing relationships with them.
• Picking up parts from vendors and ensuring accurate stocking in the stock room.
• Maintaining and checking inventory regularly.
• Focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts.
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during customer interactions.
• Building long-term relationships with customers during deliveries.
• Maintaining the delivery truck by adhering to safety checklists and performing basic maintenance.

Requirements

• Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves (up to eight feet) using a stool or ladder when necessary.
• Stamina to stand and walk for the entire work shift and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise.
• Ability to handle cash and charge transactions correctly and manage core/part returns appropriately.
• Experience in maintaining a distribution log or tracking system for deliveries and pickups.
• Skills in inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and facilities.
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills for effective communication.
• Ability to navigate throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License.
