About the position

The Store Director at Tiffany & Co. is responsible for leading and managing the sales and operations of the Houston Galleria store. This role focuses on achieving sales and profitability targets while delivering exceptional client experiences. The Store Director embodies the company's cultural values and is expected to inspire and develop a high-performing team, ensuring a commitment to service excellence and brand integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support the sales and operations of the Tiffany store.
• Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets.
• Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and spending.
• Identify business opportunities and implement actions to meet sales plans.
• Direct managers to drive client development activities among team members.
• Demonstrate sales leadership on the sales floor and manage client relationships personally.
• Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
• Coach the team based on client feedback to improve service.
• Optimize store amenities to create unique client experiences.
• Develop and execute a Talent Action Plan for the store.
• Assess capabilities and build development plans for team members.
• Network and recruit to build a diverse talent pipeline.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Graduate gemologist degree or previous GIA coursework.
