About the position

The Store Driver position is an entry-level role responsible for delivering automotive parts to commercial customers and assisting with inventory processes in the store. This role requires fleet safety certification and can be part-time or full-time, focusing on safe delivery and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
• Pick and stage parts for customer orders
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyer
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Fleet safety certified
• Basic driving and navigation ability
• Ability to use delivery board system
• Friendly communication skills
• Ability to locate and stock parts
• Safety knowledge and skills
• Experience operating inventory systems and store equipment
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately
