About the position

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and organization of the store.
• Manage sales and customer service activities.
• Collaborate with Corporate Manager(s) on sales-related issues.
• Work with Ops/Finance on financial and operational responsibilities.
• Supervise team members and conduct bi-weekly meetings to discuss sales and service strategies.

Requirements

• 1 year of retail management experience.
• Experience in sales and sales management.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Mid-level management experience in construction or surveying preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
