About The Position
The Manager in Training (MIT) position at AutoZone is a short-term transitional role designed to prepare individuals for promotion into Retail/Commercial Store Management positions. The program allows for potential progression to a management role within approximately 8-12 weeks, depending on the MIT's prior experience and performance. MITs are integral members of the management team, expected to uphold company values, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive store performance under the guidance of the Store Manager.
