About the position

Cold Stone Creamery is seeking a Store Manager who will be responsible for leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and manage daily operations. The role requires a hands-on approach, where the manager will actively participate in serving customers and preparing products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in inventory management, and the ability to create effective schedules to meet budget goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and motivate the crew to deliver the ultimate ice cream experience.
• Serve customers, make ice cream, and decorate cakes alongside the crew.
• Manage inventory and place orders with local food vendors.
• Adjust weekly orders according to sales trends.
• Write schedules to meet monthly budget goals.
• Ensure the continued operation of all shifts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in store management (1 year required).
• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Valid Driver's License.
