About the position

FIGS is seeking an experienced Store General Manager to lead the Rittenhouse Community Hub in Philadelphia. This role involves overseeing all aspects of retail operations, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences to healthcare professionals while driving business growth through effective management and collaboration with HQ leadership.

Responsibilities

• Attract, develop, and lead a high-performing team through effective training and coaching
• Educate and train team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Serve as a brand ambassador through product expertise and training the team
• Develop business strategies and analyze goals to achieve financial objectives
• Monitor and improve sales performance and productivity
• Provide weekly reporting on sales and inventory trends
• Create and foster a dynamic environment while motivating employees
• Lead by example on the sales floor, offering real-time feedback
• Contribute to visual merchandising efforts and ensure store standards are upheld
• Manage product inventory and maintain stock integrity practices
• Spearhead innovative projects within tight deadlines
• Accurately track hours and expenses and review profit and loss statements
• Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in retail management
• 2+ years of experience managing high-volume retail operations
• Proven track record of driving results and motivating teams
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
