Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Mobile Experts to provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage customer flow and wait times effectively.
• Conduct observations and provide feedback to Mobile Experts for their development.
• Ensure team knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
• Deliver financial results based on key performance indicators.
• Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build strong relationships with Store-in-Store partner leadership.
• Maintain the quality of the store-in-store environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales (Required)
• 2-4 years of sales and sales management experience (Required)
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of store management and operations
• Excellent customer service skills
