About the position

The Store Manager at 7 For All Mankind is responsible for leading the store team to achieve sales goals while ensuring exceptional customer engagement. This role involves recruiting, mentoring, and developing staff, managing store operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service and merchandising. The Store Manager plays a crucial role in maximizing store profitability and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire, mentor, and develop the store team to achieve sales goals.
  • Recruit, hire, and coach top talent to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Maximize store profitability by controlling expenses and protecting company assets.
  • Ensure consistent execution of customer care, merchandising, and operational standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales through personalized service.
  • Build business and client relationships through in-store events and outreach.
  • Oversee the annual performance review process and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
  • Communicate with the District Manager regarding employee relations and operational needs.
  • Manage store scheduling to ensure proper coverage based on business needs.
  • Support and execute directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention policies and assist with audits and inventories.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Strong leadership ability and excellent time management skills.
  • Career-driven with a strong work ethic and high performance standards.
  • High level of initiative and self-starter mentality.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
