About the position
As a Store Manager at Sally Beauty, you will lead a dynamic team in the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world. Your primary responsibility is to manage store operations, inspire your team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain store standards while fostering a fun and creative work environment.
Responsibilities

- Inspire and lead a team of associates to achieve sales goals.
- Oversee inventory management and control expenses.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
- Maintain store appearance and standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
- 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
