About the position
As a Store Manager at Sally Beauty, you will lead a dynamic team in the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world. Your primary responsibility is to enhance the customer experience by managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a memorable experience tailored to their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee store operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols while striving to meet or exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and inspire store associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee all store operations, including sales, inventory management, and budget adherence.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security rules and company policies.
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Drive sales growth and manage operational performance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
- 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for hair and beauty.
