About the position
As a Store Manager at Sally Beauty, you will lead a dynamic team in providing exceptional customer experiences in the hair and beauty industry. Your role involves managing store operations, driving sales, and ensuring a safe and inviting environment for both customers and staff. You will be responsible for meeting sales goals, managing inventory, and fostering a team-oriented atmosphere that encourages creativity and passion for beauty.
Responsibilities
- Manage talent and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Control expenses and manage inventory effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security rules and procedures.
- Maintain the store's appearance and ensure it looks its best.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
- 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for all things hair and beauty.
