The Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager at Smoothie King is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff management
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming shopping environment for customers
- Train, motivate, and supervise store staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash register operations and oversee cash handling procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory audits
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and manage product selection
- Interview, hire, and onboard new employees
Requirements
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role
