About the position

The Store Manager for Customer Experience at Swarovski's Flagship location in New York is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable brand experience. This role involves leading and developing a passionate team, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strive for excellence in every customer interaction to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Build a loyal portfolio of existing and new customers.
  • Recruit, lead, and grow the Flagship team with a growth mindset and enthusiasm.
  • Manage and motivate the Flagship team to drive business success and create a positive work environment.
  • Act on performance and client feedback for continual improvement.
  • Identify and develop new service and sales opportunities to impact growth and success.
  • Partner with the Head of Sales to recruit and develop top talent and secure a succession plan.
  • Assist in planning and leading strategic initiatives for the Flagship in partnership with the Head of Sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a multi-cultural retail environment.
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Digital proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish trust with customers and team members.
  • Fluency in English.
