Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to support and lead the team.
  • Perform customer care duties to ensure high levels of service.
  • Execute merchandising strategies to drive store sales growth.
  • Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
  • Engage actively with leaders in Key Learning Experiences to facilitate promotion.
  • Support the store as a management team member and lead in alignment with CVS values and policies.
  • Encourage colleagues to support the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
  • Be open to accepting promotion roles within the market.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor is preferred.
