Responsibilities

  • Participate in a self-paced, collaborative training program over 16 weeks to prepare for a Store Manager role.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to support and lead the team.
  • Perform customer care duties to ensure high levels of service.
  • Execute merchandising strategies to drive store sales growth.
  • Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
  • Engage with leaders in Key Learning Experiences to support promotion efforts.
  • Support the store as a management team member and lead in alignment with CVS values and policies.
  • Engage colleagues in support of CVS's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
  • Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
  • Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor is preferred.
  • Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
