Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team's daily performance and targets.
  • Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers.
  • Coach members of the sales team to deliver consistent customer care.
  • Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets and monitor performance.
  • Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions.
  • Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).

Requirements

  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent experience/education.
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
  • Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics.
  • Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
  • Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
