About the position

Responsibilities

• Craft and run ongoing sales training programs for spa associates.
• Set sales goals and drive performance to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
• Connect with guests, build trust, and convince them of the importance of regular self-care.
• Use positivity, listening skills, and empathy to close sales.
• Provide regular feedback and pep talks to keep the team motivated.
• Educate members and guests on services, upgrades, products, and memberships.
• Manage day-to-day spa operations to drive profitability.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of experience in leading a sales or commission-based sales team.
• Experience in retail or membership sales is a plus.
• Confidence in performing personal sales and training a sales team.
• Strong oral communication skills to set sales expectations and coach performance.
• Ability to motivate people based on their personality.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in managing and driving a recurring membership revenue stream.
