About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store/Sales Manager to oversee the daily operations of our self-defense training store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing class schedules, inventory, and ensuring that the store runs efficiently while meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store objectives and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory management and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage the Point of Sale (POS) systems to ensure accurate transactions and reporting.
• Maintain an organized store environment that is visually appealing to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in store management or as an assistant manager in a retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage mechanical skills as well.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and experience with stock control processes.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail sales strategies.
• Strong sales and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.
