About the position

The Store Manager at Pandora is a pivotal role that embodies the brand's values and culture while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position involves leading a team, driving sales, and creating memorable shopping moments for customers. The Store Manager will engage with customers on the sales floor, coach team members, and ensure the store meets its commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Achieve commercial targets and set new records in sales performance.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback and guidance.
• Recruit and develop exceptional teams, focusing on succession planning and internal mobility.
• Partner with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues and policy violations.
• Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure efficient operational processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
• Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point of sale systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work.
