Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of the store to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain guest services to enhance customer experience.
• Control expenses and manage store budget effectively.
• Responsible for shrink management and inventory control.
• Manage merchandising and setup of the seasonal store.
• Handle staffing, including hiring and training employees.
• Oversee the pack-up and teardown of the store at the end of the season.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
