About the position

The Store Manager at Pandora is a pivotal role that embodies the brand's values and culture while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position involves leading a team, driving sales, and ensuring a high-performance selling environment. The Store Manager will engage with customers on the sales floor, coach team members, and work closely with management to achieve commercial targets and foster a positive store culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a store culture filled with passion for the brand, where team members shine as extraordinary brand ambassadors.
  • Establish a high-performance selling environment that creates moments and exceeds shopper expectations, delivering unforgettable experiences every time.
  • Achieve commercial targets and KPI expectations, setting new records and achieving remarkable success.
  • Build, coach, and inspire a team of talented Pandorians, providing real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving their KPI goals.
  • Identify and resolve any potential performance issues and policy violations in partnership with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resource Generalist.
  • Guarantee the timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent growth and development.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
  • Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, with a focus on succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the jewellery or luxury retail sector.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
