About the position

The Retail Wireless Store Manager is responsible for leading a small team in a Cricket Wireless store, focusing on sales, customer service, and operational duties. The role involves hiring, coaching, and training employees while achieving monthly sales quotas through effective sales techniques and outstanding customer service. The manager will also engage in business-to-business sales outreach and ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees.
• Achieve monthly sales quota using cross-selling techniques for wireless products.
• Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers.
• Complete operational duties accurately and within required time frames.
• Perform up to 10 business-to-business sales outreach appointments per week.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
