About the position

As a Store Manager at Sally Beauty, you will lead a dynamic team in the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world. Your primary responsibility is to enhance the customer experience by managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a memorable experience tailored to their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee store operations, meet sales goals, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Control expenses and manage inventory effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security rules and company policies.
• Maintain the store's appearance to the highest standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Nice-to-haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus.
