Responsibilities

• Control expenses and manage workforce budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and cash-handling procedures to drive shrink results.
• Build an effective store team through the interview/hiring process, ensuring diversity in backgrounds and experiences.
• Guarantee that floor sets are executed and visual standards are met, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Prioritize community involvement and build relationships with local leaders.
• Lead the team with a people-first focus, building trust and actively listening to team members.
• Infuse learning into day-to-day leadership through coaching and development.

Requirements

• 3 years of Retail Store Manager experience or 5 years of related management/customer-focused experience.
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
