About the position

As Store Manager at Trek Store Houston Westchase, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for community engagement, and the ability to mentor and inspire your team. You will actively participate in sales, staff training, merchandising, and human resources, all while fostering a fun and positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store's day-to-day operations and plan for future success.
• Achieve the store's sales goals by actively working the sales floor and interacting with customers and employees.
• Organize, implement, and validate staff training in various areas including sales and product knowledge.
• Conduct bi-weekly leadership meetings to review performance and plan for future weeks.
• Participate in store merchandising to create an inviting shopping experience.
• Monitor store supplies and manage ordering or purchasing as needed.
• Export daily files into QuickBooks at least once per week.
• Participate in all aspects of human resources, including interviewing and scheduling.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor staff.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Ability to participate in budgeting and financial review processes.
• Knowledge of merchandising and store operations.
