About the position

The Store Manager at Big O Tires is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of technicians. This role emphasizes effective communication, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive work environment. The Store Manager will also be involved in inventory management, financial reconciliation, and promoting the company's core values and culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations.
• Build computerized repair orders and source parts.
• Communicate pricing estimates to customers and promote shop service specials.
• Lead, manage, and coach a team in alignment with the company's vision and core values.
• Meet weekly and monthly matrix goals.
• Maintain weekly inventory counts.
• Handle daily paperwork, reconcile invoices, and manage shop financials and warranty accountability.
• Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the shop and facility grounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in a similar role.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong communication skills.
