Responsibilities

• Balance the cash drawer in the mornings.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Train staff to follow restaurant procedures.
• Supervise staff and organize shifts.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are maintained.
• Prepare weekly work schedules.
• Ensure the delivery of ice cream and dry goods are put away appropriately.
• Perform staff reviews and provide timely feedback.
• Take weekly ice cream inventory counts.
• Take bi-weekly inventory of dry goods.
• Maintain bi-weekly defrost schedule.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Manage store's good image and suggest ways to improve it.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Complete monthly self-assessment forms.
• Manage cake production.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (Preferred).
• 2 years of customer service experience (Preferred).
