About the position

The Store Manager at Blarney Castle Oil Co is responsible for leading and inspiring a team within a retail C-Store environment. Responsibilities

• Work closely with Assistant Managers to ensure effective store operations.
• Meet store goals and metrics while developing strong customer relationships.
• Handle important audit and compliance work related to retail operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college experience preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible retail experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
• Proficient with technology and retail operations.
