About The Position

The Store Manager at Miniso USA is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, and driving sales. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, operational efficiency, and talent development to maximize the store's potential and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements

  • Proven successful experience as a retail manager (at least 2 years).
  • Strong leadership abilities, business acumen, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven success in a high-SKU count, fast product turnover environment (preferred).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Available to work a variety of hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and possible holidays.
  • Open availability preferred, able to work a minimum of 40 hours/week.
  • Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, and carry items for a short distance.
  • Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer service through shift leaders and sales associates.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Resolve customer issues and exceed customer expectations.
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market size.
  • Control inventory and loss prevention.
  • Effectively schedule staff to meet business needs while controlling payroll costs.
  • Excel in visual merchandising to drive sales.
  • Oversee store sales floor and back of house standards.
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, and profitability.
  • Oversee financial plans, budgets, and costs for the store.
  • Control profitability at the store level and increase designated store KPIs.
  • Drive sales through business acumen.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop store talent.
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs.
  • Develop and empower store talent through personal development plans and coaching methods.
  • Manage staff performance, including disciplinary actions as needed.
