About the position

As a Store Manager at Verizon, you will be responsible for overseeing all retail store functions, ensuring the implementation of the company's vision, and driving high-performance results in a fast-paced sales environment. Your role will focus on optimizing both customer and employee experiences while leading and mentoring your sales team to achieve sales, retention, and service objectives.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff.
• Drive high-performance results in a solutions sales environment.
• Build, develop, and mentor the sales team.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales and service objectives.
• Engage in sales strategy development to effectively showcase products and services.
• Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives.
• Maintain store performance through retail inventory compliance.
• Engage in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
